Do you provide free quotes?
Yes, we offer a free quotation system. We will arrange a suitable time to visit where we’ll take measurements and discuss your project in detail. We work out your price then email it through to you for your consideration.
Do you provide drawings?
Yes, for jobs that require them, such as custom made, bespoke furniture, we supply you with 3D computer generated drawings. We will have a design drawn up as close as we can to your requirements then send them through to you so that you can see if any adjustments are needed, we will tweak the design and ensure you are completely satisfied before we put the finalised design into production.
Should we expect any hidden extra charges once work has begun?
No, we will assess the workload and your requirements then price the job accordingly. The price we quote you in our final quote prior to starting the work will be the total you will be asked to pay. Only if you make changes that involve extra materials or additional labour would there be any extras incurred, but we will discuss this with you whilst going through the alterations needed so you are completely aware. For small changes or alterations that we can get over without too much of a problem we will happily cover it without charging you extra.
Is there a guarantee on your work and how long does it last?
Yes, all of our ironmongery and cabinets are guaranteed for 5 years and our paintwork is guaranteed for 12 months. Should there be damage to the furniture during this time, please call us and we will send someone to inspect and carry out repairs. We are proud to say that in reality, this is not usually necessary thanks to the outstanding quality of materials and workmanship. Repair work does not come with a guarantee.
If you are intending to move and would like to use your old furniture in your new home, we can consult with you and provide a quote on how much it would cost to dismantle, make adjustments and reassemble the furniture in your new house.
Can I make changes to my order or cancel it?
Because the work we do is tailored to fit customer specifications, we do not accept cancellations once the deposit has been paid and work has begun. You can however make changes throughout the design process until you are absolutely satisfied that the design is exactly as you want it to be.
Do you have sample designs I can choose from?
Yes. Aside from the pictures we have available on this website, we have a sample portfolio of our previous works at our premises. During consultation we will take your idea and provide you with samples of similar work we have already completed to narrow down the specifics. If you have seen a picture of fitted furniture that you feel is best suited to your needs then we will be happy to see it so that we can start work on it immediately. When we come to visit you at home, we will also bring sample of different materials / colour charts so that we have a starting point for your design
How do I know what the end result will look like?
We will work with you to create design drawings of what the final work should look like. The drawings will depict your vision for your furniture.
Is your hardwood from sustainable sources?
We carefully select reputable hardwood suppliers who take their environmental responsibilities seriously, endeavouring to source hardwood either from independently certified sustainable forests or from those who have been independently verified to be traceable, from legally harvested forests and from forests where management practices are actively improving to achieve credible certification.
